We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Plumber to lead complex plumbing projects and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the ability to oversee all aspects of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair. In this role, you will ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide effective, long-lasting solutions.

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.

• Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers on job sites.

• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and inspectors to ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.

• Manage job site organization, including tool inventory and material procurement.

• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, materials used, and labor hours.

What We Are Looking For:

• Valid plumbing license and certifications as required by local/state regulations.

• 7+ years of hands-on plumbing experience.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and schematics.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
