Job Details

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of plumbing and electrical projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between field technicians, clients, suppliers, and management to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of plumbing and electrical projects from initiation to completion.

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Monitor project progress and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and communication.

• Serve as the main point of contact between office staff, technicians, and clients to ensure clarity and efficiency.

• Track and manage project budgets, purchase orders, and change orders.

• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, permits, and compliance paperwork.

• Ensure that safety protocols and regulatory requirements are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify potential risks or delays and communicate issues to the project manager for resolution.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction, plumbing, or electrical industry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents is a plus.

• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
