Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling communication, scheduling, record-keeping, and supporting the field team with coordination and documentation. This role is key to keeping our operations efficient and customer-focused.


Responsibilities


  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Schedule appointments and service calls for plumbing and electrical teams.

  • Maintain and organize office records, invoices, purchase orders, and service logs.

  • Support payroll processing, timesheet collection, and expense tracking.

  • Coordinate communication between office staff, technicians, and clients.

  • Order and manage inventory of office and job site supplies.

  • Prepare reports, maintain databases, and assist with billing and invoicing.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory documentation requirements.


What We Are Looking For:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (2+ years preferred).
