Office Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling communication, scheduling, record-keeping, and supporting the field team with coordination and documentation. This role is key to keeping our operations efficient and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule appointments and service calls for plumbing and electrical teams.
Maintain and organize office records, invoices, purchase orders, and service logs.
Support payroll processing, timesheet collection, and expense tracking.
Coordinate communication between office staff, technicians, and clients.
Order and manage inventory of office and job site supplies.
Prepare reports, maintain databases, and assist with billing and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory documentation requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (2+ years preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, accounting platforms).
Familiarity with plumbing or electrical industry processes is a plus.
